Villa Beachhouse #1 offers accommodation in two bedrooms – a master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and a sea view and a smaller bedroom with one bunk bed (2x90x200cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed for one to two people (140×200 cm). In summary, the villa is suitable for up to 6 people.
In addition to the bedrooms, the villa includes a modern bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchenette in the living room. In the kitchen you will find an induction hob, dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge and all the dishes you need.
Outside, a spacious covered terrace awaits you with outdoor seating, a grill and sunbeds that can be taken to the beach.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with reverse air conditioning with the possibility of heating. It is therefore habitable all year round.
